    Half-cycle recruiting. We build the market map, source high-quality vetted, candidates, and make the initial candidate introductions to you.

    -Candidates are screened, vetted, and then introduced to the client

    -We create all necessary search materials which includes: outreach messaging, company deck, role description

  • Opal Loupe, Our Research Software

    Opal Loupe is a candidate discovery and mapping tool designed to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition by leveraging various data sources to quickly identify, assess, and engage top talent.

    Developed internally at Opal, it overcomes the limitations of traditional recruiting tools, which often involve manual, labor-intensive processes and restricted access to data. Users can purchase access to their own instance, or have Opal build full market maps using the tool.
